1. Learntasia Coaching services
Learntasia Coaching provides college-admissions coaching, candidate-development planning, organizational tools, application and essay workflows, session management, and related educational coaching support. The portal is intended to help students, families, and coaches organize and communicate about the admissions process.
2. No admissions guarantee
College admissions, scholarships, financial aid, and related decisions are made by independent institutions and organizations. Learntasia Coaching provides guidance and support but does not guarantee admission, scholarship awards, financial aid, academic outcomes, or any particular admissions result.
3. Accounts and user responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect their account access, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Users are responsible for the accuracy and final submission of applications, essays, financial-aid forms, scholarship materials, and other documents submitted to third parties unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Students remain the authors and owners of their personal stories and application content. Coaching, feedback, editing, and organizational support are intended to assist the student's own work and decision-making.
4. Google Sign-In and Google Drive
Learntasia Coaching may offer Google Sign-In and a Google Drive file-selection workflow. Connecting Google services is optional unless a specific coaching workflow requires it. Users control which Google account they use and which Drive files they choose to authorize for use with Learntasia Coaching.
Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies. Information about Learntasia Coaching's handling of Google user data is provided in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, databases, payments, video meetings, file storage, and communications. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Learntasia Coaching is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
6. Payments and coaching packages
Prices, included sessions, professional review hours, add-on services, and other package details are shown in the applicable enrollment materials or checkout experience. Payment, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and package-expiration terms are governed by the applicable coaching agreement, checkout terms, or written arrangement for the client's package rather than by this general website policy alone.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, violate another person's rights, or use the service to engage in academic dishonesty, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
8. Intellectual property
The Learntasia Coaching name, branding, portal design, software, templates, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain rights in content they create and submit, subject to the limited permissions needed for Learntasia Coaching to provide the requested service.
9. Privacy and confidentiality
Personal information is handled as described in the Learntasia Coaching Privacy Policy. Users should not upload or share information that is unnecessary for the coaching relationship. Coaches and users should use reasonable care when sharing student records or confidential information.
10. Availability and changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, or service development. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Disclaimer
Learntasia Coaching provides educational and admissions-coaching services. It is not a college, admissions office, financial institution, law firm, or financial-aid agency. Information provided through the service is general coaching guidance and should be verified against the official requirements and deadlines of the relevant institution or program.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when updated Terms are posted. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
